I always love to hear when someone uses my work in their every day life. While I am drawn to the creation objects that people physically interact with on a daily basis, I have recently been making vases with objects such as the lady legs that I found last year. I was happy to receive an e-mail with a nice “thank you” from Hayley Gaberlavage the other day, and she also included the following photos:
Hayley is a painter that currently lives and works in New Orleans, LA, and the shots are from the mantle in her home studio on Magazine Street. She purchased this piece from Deni at Billy Goat Vintage on Alberta St. in North Portland, so I have not had a chance to thank her in person yet, but I hope she drops me a note on her next trip through.
